"In one thing you have not changed, dear friend," said Aragorn: "you still speak in riddles."
"What? In riddles?" said Gandalf. "No!  For I was talking aloud to myself.  A habit of the old: they choose the wisest person present to speak to; the long explanations needed bythe young are wearying."
-The Two Towers
haha, i love Gandalf!

"And, Legolas, when the torches are kindled and men walk on sandy floors under the echoing domes, ah! then, Legolas, gems and crystals and veins of precious ore glint in the polished walls; and the light glows through folded marbles, shell-like, translucent as the living hands of Queen Galadriel.  There are columns of white and saffron and dawn-rose, Legolas, fluted and twisted into dreamlike forms; they spring up from many-coloured floors to meet the glistening pendants of the roof: wings, ropes, curtains fine as frozen clouds; spears, banners, pinnacles of suspended palaces!  Still lakes mirror them: a glimmering world looks up from dark pools covered with clear glass; cities, such as the mind of Durin could scarce have imagined in his sleep, stretch on through avenues and pillared courts, on into the dark recesses where no light can come.  And plink! a silver drop falls, and the round wrinkles in the glass make all the towers bend and waver like weeds and corals in a grotto of the sea.  Then evening comes: they fade and twinkle out; the torches pass into another chamber and another dream.  There is chamber after chamber, Legolas; hall opening out of hall, dome after dome, stair beyond stair; and still the winding paths lead on into the mountains' heart.  Caves!  The Caverns of Helm's Deep!  Happy was the chance that drove me there!  I makes me weep to leave them." wow-thats all i can say

I don't think i ever talked about last thursday.  Drew's graduation from Westmont was on the football field.  it was raining. (both speakers used the same two quotes from dr. suess, what are the odds?)  they said names very efficiently, that might have been the most efficient graduation in graduations history- it took one hour and fifteen minutes!
We were going to have the party outside on the deck, but it was still raining. so we quickly moved everything inside.  it was good, good food, but not too many leftovers (sniffle).  but twas fun.
anyone wanna do stuff ?  please?  i keep planning stuff, then other stuff happens.
i hope everyone is having a very FABULOUS summer!!!

So this happened a while ago, but I still think its really hilarius!
My brother (yes matt, that one) is/was/should be filling out all his college forms for next year  (he's going to DeVry's).  He has a bunch of mental/emotional/growing up issues, and will seriously drive anyone insane very quickly, i mean, his whole dorm, and maybe whole school.  So we were trying to convince him to get a single (lowering the suicide rate- were not responsible for a roomates life anymore :) , but he really wanted a roomate- he didn't have any good reasons, he just wanted one.
So it finally came out.  Him and a bunch of guys were talking (which, according to what ive heard, is probably never a good thing)- and they figured out that if they got a roomate, it was 50/50 that they would get a hot girl roomate.
Yah.  and maybe the guys were just being mean, but he really thought so!

Glad I (or my brother) could lighten your day! :)

HI! hihihihi!
Sorry it's been such a long time, long story (i swear, computers/internet hates me), and ben, im really sorry i havent been online at all.

Not much has happenend, totally turned my room upside down, i don't think it has ever been cleaner/with less stuff- i don't really live there anymore, i just kinda take up space, im kinda sad about that, but tis ok.

So, I was talking with my neighbor telling her about our grad party, and she's like, 'oh, i have a nephew that teaches at St. Francis, Bill Delaney, do you know him?'- hahaha, sorry all you smart people, i just think its hilarius (and yah, i know its spelled wrong)

Yah, does anyone want to come to the party and keep me company?, i keep inviting people and none of them are free- how bout mass invitation- thursday around 7, call me (probably no one you know will be there, you can meet them all :)
